At H24D7.com, we are committed to providing quality products for your needs. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below, which outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
H24D7.com is a B2P (business-to-private) platform and generally does not accept returns unless in cases of defective or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Please note that custom orders, special orders, and items marked as non-returnable are final sales and cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
If you believe your item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging and Shipping: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is verified as defective or incorrect upon return, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, to your original payment method.
- Non-Defective Items: If a return is accepted for a non-defective item, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom and special-order items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Consumable items or parts that have been installed or used
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items. If an item is missing or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. After 24 hours or once the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible, and you must follow the return process if eligible.
